1. Be a Smart ‘Flirt’

You will need to realize and use your common sense in every flirting situation. If you are in a business or quiet setting you will need to use a subtle method of flirting with others while not appearing outrageous or overstepping your ‘bounds’ in such a setting. Personal flirting must be kept personal and not relayed to a crowed room in a business setting. If you want to flirt in a business or quiet setting, plan ahead. Realize and know what you want to accomplish when you quickly brush the other persons arm, or give them a ‘look’. 

2. Be a Patient Flirt

Be smart and realize that not all flirting actions are acknowledged or successful but if you are ‘extremely’ interested in flirting with a person, you can always try again! When a person realizes that you are flirting with them there is a growing excitement about when the two of you will flirt with each other again, and it is a great compliment when you continually flirt with that same person when you have the chance. When you flirt with another you make them feel food about themselves and great about your blossoming relationship whether it is love or a deep friendship. If you flirt with a person one time and don’t the next time you see them or come into contact with them they will feel let down like you don’t think that they are worthy of flirting with again. Be patient with your flirting invitations and watch what transpires from your actions. 

3. Be a Prepared Flirt

You should always be on the look out for opportunities to flirt. When you meet someone new, when you are out on the town, when you are in conversation with anyone – grab a chance and flirt! Make it your daily resolution to flirt with at least one person everyday. Doing this conscientiously will lead you to feel more at ease with yourself and your actions and will lead to flirting all the time easily. Even if your ‘flirt’ for the day is smiling at someone new you are still flirting!

4. Give a Sign Back 

If someone if flirting with you, smile back and smile whenever possible. This lets others know you are happy as a person and you are satisfied with where you are right now. 

5. The Eyes have It

Connect with another person through eye contact. Words are not needed when you can make contact with someone. When you are ‘caught’ looking at someone and they catch your eye, this is a flirt when you smile and turn away. Gracefully letting them know you are interested with out letting on to much. 

6. Keep the Conversation Going

Ask open questions that are not considered personal. If you would be able to answer the same question easily with out being too personal about yourself, this would be an appropriate question.
